For anyone in business whether internet marketing or traditional networking, the main goal is to make money online and attain market domination in order to maximise profits through the use of effective marketing strategies.

As a result, every marketer asks one key question ‘how do I dominate the competition?’.

This is a key element because your ability to answer this question correctly will determine how well you succeed in dominating the competition and making millions in whatever business you are pursuing.

An example could be someone asking “how would I market a real estate notes business online?”

It doesn’t really matter whether the business is marketed online or offline because both methods are just communication mediums. What really matters is the marketing “ANGLE” or what “marketing strategies”  you employ and this is what will determine whether or not the strategy will be successful.

Step 1use the principles of ATTRACTION MARKETING which involves positioning yourself as an expert and as a useful resource within that industry.

Putting a long story short:  SELL YOURSELF!  This will attract your customers to you automatically and once they get to know you, they will inquire about what you do, hence your business.

Why does this marketing strategy work? Because everyone wants to work with the best. Everyone wants to work with the area’s best doctor. Everyone wants to employ the services of the best solicitor. Everyone wants to hire the best financial planner. Everyone wants to buy from the number one sales person. The list goes on…..

When you’re “the best”, your prices don’t really matter anymore. You can charge twice as much as your competition, a strategy used by big names like Mercedes, Lexus, and Porsche etc…

Now the best part of this… You don’t really need to be “the best”, because that’s always relative and stems from opinion – whether it’s the opinion of your customers, or your opinion of yourself!

Step 2this marketing strategy follows the principle of “give without want”. This simply means that you need to give VALUABLE information freely to your target market.  If I were the business person asking the question, I’d write several articles and reports with content like:Marketing strategy

“The 5 Biggest mistakes People Make When Buying Real Estate Notes.”

Or…

“The Biggest Kept Secret of The Real Estate Notes Industry, And How it Can Save You Thousands!”

Step 3 – optimize these articles with the right keywords for your territory, and then submit them to all of the webs article submission resource sites. (This is a free lead generation marketing strategy by the way…)
Now whenever someone does a search for real estate notes, the articles will come up, providing the readers with valuable MONEY SAVING TIPS and suggestions.
Step 4 – avoid promoting your business or price lists as the lead-in to the piece. MENTION them somewhere in the ad so that you can capture the guys who are looking and ready to buy TODAY, but they wouldn’t be the primary focus.

This marketing strategy focuses on promoting  your newsletter or free report.

Sell “insiders information” on the front end which will put them into your communication pipe-line, position yourself as the “go-to guy”, and then your product or service on the backend.

The conclusion of the matter is that people are always looking for information that will help them make the best decision they can make.   Because you put yourself forward as the author of that information and put your picture or signature on it along with a link to your webpage, you will automatically position yourself as an expert in that area upon whom people can call.
