Now whenever someone does a search for real estate notes, the articles will come up, providing the readers with valuable MONEY SAVING TIPS and suggestions.
Step 4 – avoid promoting your business or price lists as the lead-in to the piece. MENTION them somewhere in the ad so that you can capture the guys who are looking and ready to buy TODAY, but they wouldn’t be the primary focus.

Sell “insiders information” on the front end which will put them into your communication pipe-line, position yourself as the “go-to guy”, and then your product or service on the backend.

Because you put yourself forward as the author of that information and put your picture or signature on it along with a link to your webpage, you will automatically position yourself as an expert in that area upon whom people can call.
